I almost didn't post this because I've been burned so many times by "miracle" supplements. But I promised myself if this actually worked I'd come back and tell you all. Quick backstory — I've been on cholesterol medication for 11 years. About 3 years ago the burning started in my feet. My doctor said it was peripheral neuropathy, probably from the medication, and basically told me to "manage it." Gave me nerve pills that made me dizzy and foggy. I tried B12, alpha lipoic acid, that expensive nerve supplement from the TV commercial… nothing. I was sleeping maybe 3 hours a night because my feet felt like they were sitting in hot coals. My friend Diane (some of you know her from this group) kept telling me about this Ethiopian black seed oil — ZERA. I rolled my eyes for months. But she wouldn't stop so I finally ordered it just to prove her wrong. It's been 6 weeks. I am not exaggerating when I say the burning has gone from a 9 to maybe a 3. Some nights it's barely there. I slept 7 hours last Tuesday and woke up CRYING because I forgot what that felt like. I don't know exactly how it works — something about protecting the nerve coating? All I know is my feet feel different. I feel different. I'm not cured but I have my life back.

How long did it take before you noticed anything? I just started my second week and I'm not feeling much yet. Trying to stay hopeful 🙏

Karen honestly the first 2 weeks I felt nothing and almost quit. Week 3 I noticed I wasn't waking up at 2am anymore. By week 4 the burning started to dial down. Give it at least a full month before you decide. I almost gave up too early and I'm SO glad I didn't ❤️

Okay I need to eat some crow here 😂 I'm the person who comments "sounds too good to be true" on every supplement post. I've been that person for YEARS. I don't trust any of it. My daughter ordered ZERA for me for my birthday because she was tired of hearing me complain about my hands tingling. I took it just to make her happy. Didn't expect a single thing. It's been about 3 weeks. Yesterday I realized I hadn't taken my nerve pills in FOUR DAYS. Not because I decided to stop — because I literally forgot. The tingling had gotten so quiet I didn't even think about it. I'm not saying this is a cure. I'm not saying it works for everyone. But I'm saying something is happening and I can't explain it and I'm a little freaked out honestly. The skeptic in me wants to say it's placebo. But you can't placebo your way out of forgetting to take medication you've relied on for 2 years. Something is different.

Same exact thing happened to me!! I didn't even realize the tingling stopped until my husband pointed out I wasn't shaking my hands out anymore. It just… quietly went away?

Just one softgel with dinner. Zero stomach issues — and I have IBS so trust me I would've noticed 😂

I need to share this and I don't care if people think I'm being dramatic. I have Type 2 diabetes. Been diabetic for 14 years. The neuropathy started about 6 years ago — first just numbness in my toes, then it spread to both feet completely. Burning, tingling, that horrible "walking on gravel" feeling. My doctor told me point blank: "Nerve damage is permanent. We can manage the pain but the nerves don't come back." I accepted that. I grieved it honestly. Three months ago someone in this group posted about ZERA and the science behind it — something about how the TQ in it protects the cells that rebuild your nerve coating. Like your nerves are stripped wires and this helps rebuild the insulation. I thought okay, what do I have to lose at this point. Last week I was standing in my bathroom and I felt the bath mat under my feet. The TEXTURE of it. I haven't felt texture on the bottom of my feet in over 4 years. I stood there for 10 minutes just… feeling the floor. Moving my toes. Crying. I don't know if my nerves are "coming back" or if the ones I have left are just working better now. But something is happening that my doctor said was impossible. And I needed you all to know that.

Patricia I am SOBBING. I have the exact same thing — 8 years diabetic, can't feel my feet at all. You just gave me hope I didn't think I'd ever have again 😭😭😭

The "stripped wire" thing is real — my physical therapist actually explained it to me. The myelin sheath around your nerves gets damaged and the signals can't travel properly. If something can protect those cells that rebuild it… that's not a gimmick, that's actual science.

I get it from their website — tryzera.store. It's the 3000mg softgels. Make sure it says 5% TQ on it, that's apparently what matters. I take one with dinner every night.

4 month update since nobody asked 😂 For those who don't remember my original post — I had neuropathy in both feet and my left hand. Couldn't garden (my favorite thing), couldn't walk my dog more than half a block, and was up 3-4 times a night from the burning. Here's where I'm at now: 🌱 Gardened for 2 hours last Saturday. TWO HOURS. On my knees, in the dirt, no pain. 🐕 Walking Biscuit (my golden) a full mile every morning. He's thrilled. 😴 Sleeping through the night 5-6 nights a week now. ✋ My hand is about 80% better — I can hold my coffee mug without that weird buzzing feeling. I also put my husband on it about 6 weeks ago because his hands were starting to tingle from his blood pressure medication. He won't post in here (men 🙄) but he told me yesterday "my hands feel normal again." That's a direct quote. This isn't a miracle pill. It took time. The first month was subtle. But month 2-3 is where it really kicked in for me. If you're on the fence — just try it. One softgel a day. That's it. ZERA from the Bale Mountains in Ethiopia. 5% TQ. That's the one. Don't get the cheap ones on Amazon, they're not the same concentration.
